Edward
P. Quillin
Edward P. Quillin is Board Certified in Civil Trial
Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has tried
well over 100 jury trials to verdict in cases involving catastrophic
injury, property damage and death. Born in Akron, Ohio on
December 8, 1960, Ed received a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from Bowling Green State University in 1983.
He attended The University of Akron School
of Law graduating in 1986 where he was a member of the Akron
Law Review. He acquired his license to practice law in Texas
in 1987 and was admitted in the United States District Court
for the Western, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts.
He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association.
He is frequently invited to give lectures and presentations
to fellow attorneys and colleagues on topics of jury selection
and other trial techniques. In addition, Ed is a frequent
speaker at seminars, businesses and other organized conferences
on current legal issues and practice applications. After 18
years of building a successful practice as a named partner
in a larger firm, Ed formed Quillin Law Firm, P.C. to better
serve his clients’ needs. The firm’s success is
a direct result of client satisfaction.
John
G. Quillin
John G. Quillin was born in Akron, Ohio on January
23, 1957. He received a B.A. in Political Science in 1981
and a J.D. in 1985 from The University of Akron School of
Law. After a successful career as an Ohio litigator trying
criminal cases (at various times both a prosecutor and defense
lawyer) as well as civil cases including consumer fraud, home
construction defects, real estate and family law matters,
John joined brother Ed’s Texas practice. Listening to
people, understanding their problems and providing the counsel
necessary to resolve them has been John’s life work.
He is licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court,
Supreme Court of Ohio, Supreme Court of Texas, United States
Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and federal district courts
in Ohio and Texas. He is a member of the American Bar Association,
Texas State Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Collin
County Bar Association, Denton County Bar Association, Plano
Bar Association and Frisco Bar Association. He is an active
member of the Frisco Rotary Club.
David
D. Raff
David D. Raff was born in Austin, Texas on December
21, 1976 and raised in Garland, Texas. He received his B.A.
in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999.
He graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman
School of Law and obtained his license to practice law in
Texas in 2002. He is admitted in the United States District
Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of
Texas. His practice includes medical malpractice defense,
federal civil rights, commercial litigation and employment
law. His experience includes numerous cases of wrongful death,
catastrophic injury, permanent damages, employment, non-compete
agreements, contract litigation and probate estate planning. Dedicated and professional,
he works tirelessly to ensure positive results for each and
every client.
